License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you, the purchaser, and WeaverThemes.com. By downloading any theme from this website, you agree to the following:
- The theme can be used for any personal or commercial projects.
- Themes may not be sold or redistributed (in whole or in part).
- WeaverThemes.com shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, this product or any individual image.
- You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the products to fit your purposes.
- Since WeaverThemes.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any theme at WeaverThemes.com.
This License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect throughout the entire duration of use of the theme. It shall be terminated in the event the user does not comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and/or the full payment has not been made.
WeaverThemes.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice!
