Step 1: RapidWeaver® Manual
People over at Realmac Software have spent a lot of time writing and perfecting the RapidWeaver® 4 User Guide (Manual). Since many of the questions we get asked are related to the operation of RapidWeaver® itself and are not specifically theme related, we suggest you give the manual a good read and see if you can find what you are looking for there.
Step 2: Read the Realmac Forums
Most of the times questions asked are not related to our themes, but RapidWeaver® related, off course we try our best to answer all the questions our customers have, but if your troubles are not related to our products or you think the problem is a software issue, please do a search on the Realmac Software forums first.
Step 3: Read the FAQs
Costumers asked a lot of questions, like Questions about web development, some General, Ordering ones or Theme Related. Chances are your questions has already been answered, so if you think you need to find some quick answer to your problem please try to read the FAQ's first before send an email to us.
Step 4: Order Lookup
Sometimes, you just need to find your order details, like the download link of your Theme in your HD, if you somehow can't find it all you need to do is go to this page and type in your e-mail address and within a few seconds you will receive an e-mail will all of your previous purchases.
Step 5: Submit an Email
If you think that the options are exhausted you may submit a support email. Emails are time consuming, and we do our best to make our customer support faster and more efficient every day, so please when sending an email be as thorough as possible and provide all of the required and requested information so that we may be as effective as possible in diagnosing your problem.
